1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Dermez website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Product Usage & Medical Disclaimer

  • External Use Only: All products sold by Dermez are for external use only.

  • Storage: Products should be stored in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Exposure to higher temperatures may compromise the efficacy of the formulations.

  • Suitability: While our products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be suitable for all skin and hair types, individual sensitivities vary.

  • Consultation: Please review the ingredient list on the product packaging thoroughly. If you have known allergies, do not use the product. We strongly recommend consulting with a dermatologist or physician before introducing new products into your skincare routine, especially if you have pre-existing skin conditions.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments. By selecting COD, you agree to have the exact payment amount ready upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Lahore: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–5 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–14 business days.

  • Dermez is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Sealed Products Only: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if the product seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

  • Eligibility: If a product is received damaged or is incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage/issue may be required to process your request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dermez website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Dermez (Pvt. Ltd.) and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
